The 2016 690 Duke is the most powerful single-cylinder KTM road bike of its time, with a substantially revised LC4 engine, ride-by-wire throttle and a second balance shaft for smoother running. The trellis frame stays, but the bike gets revised handling, a narrower seat and a TFT dash. Bosch two-channel ABS and selectable ride modes make it a fuller electronic package than earlier Dukes.
