The 690 Enduro of 2007-2008 is a dual-purpose bike derived from the 690 SMC supermoto, sharing its engine and frame but with off-road wheels, longer suspension travel and different bodywork. Its lower centre of gravity and orange-and-black styling were noted in period reviews. It was positioned as a dirt-capable enduro that could also be ridden on the road.
