The 2010 R version of the 990 Super Duke, a track-focused streetbike with fully adjustable 48 mm WP forks, an ultralight mono-seat tail section, a chromium-molybdenum trellis frame and a steering damper for demanding track use. It was built to push the limits of road-legal certification. Compared with the standard bike it has a 130 hp tune, a 2-piston rear caliper, a 1450 mm wheelbase and lower ground clearance (140 mm).
