The motorsport-oriented version of KTM's RC8 superbike, using a 1195 cc enlargement of the V-twin with a higher 13.5:1 compression ratio and Keihin EMS engine management. It carries fully adjustable WP suspension and a 320 mm twin front disc setup, and the page describes it as better suited to the track than to the street. It is the base bike for the race kit and the replica editions.
