The 1100 Sport was Moto Guzzi's second sports bike, a simpler relative of the Daytona that used an enlarged 1064 cc version of its V-twin and John Wittner's single-beam frame. Early cars ran carburettors; a later version from 1996 moved to Weber-Marelli fuel injection. Its performance was limited by dated 17/18-inch wheel sizes and a tight development budget.
