The Brutale 1078RR is the top Brutale of its generation, replacing the 910R with a 1078 cc engine derived from the F4 RR 312 racer, giving roughly 15 hp and 21 Nm more. It gained 46 mm F4 1000 R throttle bodies, a longer final drive, a slipper clutch and a bigger catalyser for Euro 3, plus Brembo monoblock radial brakes and forged five-spoke wheels on the carried-over trellis chassis.
