The ETS 250 Trophy Sport was a sportier ES 250 using a conventional tank and telescopic forks instead of the leading-link front end. An example built on 21 June 1970 was the one-millionth MZ made since 1950. 1970 also brought an improved headlight with asymmetric low beam.
