The 2023 Commando 961 was refined by Norton under TVS ownership, in two versions: the SP with upright tapered bars and optional pillion seat, and the more limited CR cafe racer with clip-ons and an integrated seat cowl. Both add ABS, a carbon mudguard, billet top yokes and gold Öhlins forks, and use a lower-output tune than earlier 961s.
