A parallel-hybrid version of the tilting MP3 that combined the 278 cc petrol engine with a brushless electric motor and lithium-ion batteries under the seat. It offered hybrid and electric-only modes, with roughly 20 km of electric range, and recharged through braking or a plug. The battery pack reduced underseat storage and made it noticeably heavier than the petrol 300.
