The Boulevard 400 is the North American name for a liquid-cooled 399 cc V-twin cruiser in the small-Intruder mould. It has a low 700 mm seat, a 16-inch front and 15-inch rear wheel, and shaft-free simplicity aimed at newer riders wanting a classic cruiser look. Output is modest but smooth for relaxed riding.
