The RSE was the 1991 road-oriented DR650 with a heavier, more fully equipped specification than the R/S, reflecting Suzuki's push to make the big single usable on tarmac. Engine, chassis and brakes are the same 640 cc kick-start single and Full Floater rear end as the R/S. The page shows about 23 kg more dry weight than the R/S, and its figures set it apart from the R/S pages.
