The long-running Katana kept its original angular Target Design look and air-cooled 16-valve four well into the 1990s, while newer sport bikes moved to liquid cooling. This late-run example is a big, fast, upright sportbike with a 22-litre tank and a 17-inch rear wheel. It was by then a cult favourite rather than a cutting-edge machine.
