The 2009 GSX-R750 stayed close to the redesigned 2008 bike, with the page noting a 32-bit ECM with S-DMS, new eight-hole fine-spray injectors, iridium spark plugs, a lighter starter motor and an electronically controlled steering damper. Three-way adjustable footpegs and a revised exhaust and headlight are also listed. It was seen as a pause before a larger revision for 2010.
