The 1996 SRAD was an all-new GSX-R750 with a twin-spar aluminium frame, a more compact engine and about 20 kg less weight than the model it replaced. Wikipedia lists its Mikuni 39 mm carbs, fully adjustable 43 mm inverted forks and a 17-inch rear rim. It was praised for feeling outrageously light and agile.
