The 2003-2004 Volusia continued the 805 cc liquid-cooled V-twin cruiser formula with shaft drive and a single front disc. The source lists the same figures as the earlier 2001-2002 model, so no mechanical change is recorded. It stayed a friendly, low-seat mid-size cruiser.
