For 2024 the XE became the top-spec Scrambler 1200, with fully adjustable Marzocchi suspension and about 250 mm of travel, a longer swingarm, a wider handlebar, adjustable foot controls and an Off-Road Pro mode. It shares the revised 1200 twin, with its bigger throttle body, with the new cheaper X model. It is aimed at genuine off-road use and touring accessories.
