The RD 350R was a reintroduction of the YPVS 350 twin in the UK by Mitsui using Brazilian-built bikes. Mechanically it followed the older RD350 F2 but the reviewer found it softer, partly because imports carried exhaust restrictors. It was light and roomy with good wind protection, but dated and with a crude finish by 1990s standards.
