The TZR125R (4DL) of 1991 was an all-new design with separate seats, a squared tail, upside-down forks and side-scoop fairings. Belgarda assembled it in Italy from Japanese parts plus Italian components. A 1993 test described it as a small, light bike derived from the TZR250R, strong at high revs and derestrictable for full-licence riders.
