The WR250F is Yamaha's competition-minded trail and enduro bike, built from the YZ250F motocross platform with a rearward-slanted, forward-intake engine, wide-ratio six-speed gearbox and electric starter. For 2017 the headline change was a larger 270 mm wave-style front disc with a twin-piston caliper. It suits tight woods riding and racing as well as keen recreational riders.
