The WR250R is Yamaha's street-legal trail bike built around a liquid-cooled, fuel-injected 249 cc four-valve single. It borrows chassis ideas from the YZ and WR competition range, with a tall aluminium-framed chassis and long-travel adjustable suspension. In 2017-18 it carried on essentially unchanged from the 2008 launch bike, aimed at riders who spend more time on dirt than tarmac.
