A refinement of the third-generation steel-frame WR450F; the 2006 update brought a lower frame and seat, slimmer bodywork, lighter components, a digital meter and enduro-style lighting. It kept the electric start and flat-slide carburettor and was seen as an approachable, smooth-powered trail and enduro bike.
