The first-generation XSR900 is a retro-styled sibling of the MT-09 (FZ-09), built around the 847 cc three-cylinder engine in a lightweight diamond frame. It trades the naked bike's looks for a heritage-sport design with an upright riding position, and carries traction control and ABS. A quickshifter option was supported from 2018.
