The YS125 replaced the YBR125 in 2017 as Yamaha's entry-level commuter, a facelift of the old design to meet Euro 4 rules with a longer stroke, a taller seat and a bigger tank. It has a fuel-injected air-cooled single, a five-speed gearbox, 18-inch wheels and a linked braking system, and can be ridden on an A1 licence.
