The YZ426F was the 2002 version of Yamaha's pioneering four-stroke motocross bike, a liquid-cooled, five-valve single with titanium valves and a carburettor. It was a large-capacity race machine with long-travel Kayaba suspension and a kick starter, built for the open class.
